Your new role
Based in Launceston, the Practice Manager reports directly to the Partners. Your core responsibility will be to manage, support, and develop the office administration team. Your other responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Providing assistance to the Partners in the day to day operations of the business in areas such as administration, human resources, finance and IT. Managing the day-to-day finance of the firm e.g. invoicing, EOM journals, creditors, banking, budgeting, payroll, staff entitlements, and expenses Staff management e.g. recruitment, annual staff reviews, mentoring, and IR compliance Assisting with quality control and process improvement Overseeing IT Systems management and project manage the review and implementation of new IT solutions Other adhoc general administration assistance as required Exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager in the Launceston CBD

The ideal applicant will have operational management experience, together with an accounting/bookkeeping/HR background. You'll be outcome focused and have
a proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines in a similar role. You'll have well developed communication skills, excellent attention to detail, strong initiative, and an analytical mindset which lends itself to problem solving. You'll also possess the following;
A high proficiency in Xero or MYOB and the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically word and excel, and the ability to learn in house systems quickly Experience working in a small fast paced business and be happy to pitch in to work as part of a team Be passionate about developing others and have strong leadership skills Highly adaptable nature Strong customer focus High level of attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management skills You'll also be prepared to undergo a National Police check prior to commencing in the position.
