Pavilions medical & skin centre is conveniently located in The Pavilions shopping centre Palm Beach, with ample parking and easy access to public transport. The medical centre was established in 2021 and has been providing medical care to the local community. 
Your Role
As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly while fostering a culture of excellence. You'll lead a skilled team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, and administrative staff, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practiceSupervise, mentor and support the professional development of admin staffDevelop, implement, and improve policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operationsProactively manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolutionsLead quality improvement initiatives including accreditation complianceWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience in a Practice ManagerStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and billing processes (MBS)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical practice management softwareWhat We Offer: Very friendly, supportive team and work environmentFree parkingCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceSupport for professional developmentCommitment to work-life balanceYearly free flu vaccination and CPR certificate. How to Apply:
