We are currently seeking a full time 9.00am - 5.00pm Clinic Administrator/Practice managerwho is proactive with a positive "can-do" attitude for our paediatric therapy services clinic in Bondi Junction.

Knowledge of NDIS administrativerequirements/funding packages, or similar;Strong customer serviceand communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondencewith the abilityto build rapport with clients and families;Experience with practice management software,Medicare and Eftpos will be advantageous;Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;A proactive and committed approach to quality improvement;Excellent time management and organisational skills;To be a team player and enjoy working in a fun-fulled environment with children and families:Experience with scheduling and dairy management:Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.About us: Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary allied health organisation committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families.
