About the roleFull-time role, managing both general practice clinic and allied health clinic (located 50m away).Great opportunity to support a close-knit team and doctors who are proud of the service they provide to their patients.Responsibilities include financial management, day-to-day operation requirements, compliance and accreditation, all aspects of employee management, and enhancing patient experiences.Work closely with our leadership team to drive growth and service improvement.Your role will be pivotal in driving the practice's strategic goals, enhancing patient experience, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
About youYou are an experienced Practice Manager with a passion for healthcare and a strong background in managing a medical practice. You are a natural leader who can inspire your team and foster a positive workplace culture. You have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
