We pride ourselves on fostering a workplace culture that values teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.About the RoleAs the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.
You will lead and support our multidisciplinary team while ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
You will be supported by the Operations Manager, Program Supervisor, Clinical Team Leads, and the Director.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative processes.Lead and manage a team of clinicians and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to optimise clinic performance.Monitor and manage clinic budgets, financial performance, and reporting.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical guidelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client and staff experiences.Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's strategic plan and business objectives.About YouYou are an organised and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You have a genuine passion for paediatrics and are committed to supporting the growth and success of the team.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a medical or allied health setting.Demonstrated expertise in managing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare practice, including staff supervision, financial management, and patient service delivery.Strong understanding of allied healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, knowledge of NDIS, and industry best practices.Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant technology.Strong organisation and time management skills.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.A sound understanding of business operations, including budgeting and compliance.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams or NDIS services is highly regarded.Knowledge of Allied Health services, NDIS services, or a background in healthcare administration or clinical experience is advantageous.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline.Hold a WWCC.Hold a NDIS Worker Screener.How to ApplyTell us why you think you'll shine with us!Please send us your Cover Letter and CV.
