Administration Brisbane Part Time Icon Cancer Centre AustraliaWe have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Practice Management Officer to join our dynamic team.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of agreements and contracts for Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs), sessional doctors, and other allied health professionals.
As a key liaison between our clinicians and finance teams, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our clinical services.Key Responsibilities:Contract & Agreement Management: Oversee and maintain VMO and clinician agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate timely renewals and updates.Clinician Support: Serve as the primary contact for clinicians regarding contract, payment, and billing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate communication with the finance team.Credentialing Coordination: Ensure all new clinicians meet required qualifications and are onboarded smoothly in collaboration with the credentialing officer.Operational & Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior leadership as needed.Health, Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS policies and infection control standards.Project Participation: Lead or participate in projects to drive business growth and report on progress.About you:Proven experience in healthcare administration or practice management, particularly in contract and financial administration.Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clinicians and internal stakeholders.High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for contract and financial management.We're excited for you to join us!AtIcon, build relationships that matter.Apply NowbecauseAt Icon, You Can.Icon Group celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
