The role
We are looking for a Practice Assistant who is highly organised and dependable to join our rapidly growing business. We are a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and has a positive attitude.
Working full-time in our Sydney office, this role allows you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent administration and organisational skills, and to play an integral part of the office growth and overall group.
We're in search of someone who will embrace a variety of responsibilities that may come their way.
Duties of the role include:
Diary management and extensive travel arrangements
Hard copy and e-filing
Client liaison and communication
Email management
Billing and expense management
Time entries
Generating reports
Maintain client and matter records and databases
Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying
We're looking for:
1+ years' administrative experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, billing and document management system skills
An effective communicator and excellent organisational abilities
Confident and self-motivated
A proficient problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving challenges
Committed to providing high level of administrative support to the team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Australian Citizen or permanent resident
