Anglicare Central Queensland Limited | Central Qld - All $94,160 p/a +superannuation + salary sacrifice Full-time- Fixed-term position About therole: We arecurrently seeking a full time Practice and Quality Lead to join ourResidential team in Rockhampton, Gladstone orEmerald.  OurPractice and Quality Lead will provide direction for strong servicedelivery with regard to program development, enhancing casemanagement practice, and ensuring practice aligns with contracts,accreditation, and continuous improvement. They will assist thecoordinator in embedding and enhancing quality service delivery andsupervision to staff. Whatwill a typical day look like? Build and maintainclose liaison with stakeholders such as participants andservice providers to sustain effective and collaborativeworking relationships. Work with staff togain and maintain a sound understanding of young people'sneeds based on understanding trauma, grief and loss,attachment, and child development. Workcollaboratively to contribute to the improvement ofinterventions in response to young people's needsensuring practice stems from a therapeutic framework ofpractice. Assist with thedevelopment of a strong and positive team environment to ensureexcellent communication between team members. Advise and guideprogram staff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of thescope and outcomes anticipated for each serviceagreement. Contribute to thedevelopment of an organisational, integrated approach toservice delivery based on the organisational Practice andOutcomes Frameworks and best practices including evidence-basedmodels. Ensure thatpractices are compliant with organisational policies,procedures, and sector standards. Develop andimplement a schedule of internal audits to support continuousimprovement. Work with theProgram Manager and Coordinator to ensure the development andexecution of continuous improvement plans. MandatoryRequirements: Diplomaqualifications in Social Services/Child Protection orequivalent. Knowledge of andexperience with Quality Assurance systems including HumanService Quality Framework. Experience inadvising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice andcompliance issues.
