POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER Melbourne or Sydney location Full -Time Position Dynamo Recruitment has been engaged by our client to recruit a Power Platform Developer to join their growing practice based in Melbourne.
As a Power Platform Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business transformation.
Responsibilities include: Analyse and Understand Business Requirements: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client's Business Central processes and requirements.
Develop and Implement Solutions: Using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to meet client requirements, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: To understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions using the Power Platform.
Customisation and Integration : Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other third-party applications as needed.
Build and Automate: Build custom connectors and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Create Dashboards and Reports: Using Power BI that provide insights and actionable data for business users.
Maintain and support : Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Stay Updated: on the latest developments and updates in Power Platform and proactively apply new features and functionalities to existing solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free from defects.
User Training and Support: Develop and provide training to users and offer ongoing support.
Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful project completion.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimize the implemented solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs Skills Required: Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Power Platform functionalities.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyse business processes and requirements.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Experience and Qualification Required: Experience: Minimum 3 years highly relevant work experience Qualifications: Degree Qualified Certifications: Certification in Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
Previous Projects : Proven track record of successful implementation of Power Platform in a business environment.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with supply chain management processes and best practices.
