Post Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Post Office Manager to join our busy team in SHEPPARTON, VICTORIA - 3630. AKSHARKRUPA operates to the highest standards, within a legal, environmental, health, and safety framework which will protect our employees, our customers, and our society now and in the future. This is a permanent full-time position with an annual salary set at $70K-75K plus superannuation, based on experience.
Your ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the post officeEnsure compliance with postal regulations and policiesImplement customer service standards and proceduresEnsure high-quality customer service is provided to all customersRecruit, train, and supervise postal staffSchedule and allocate tasks to ensure adequate coverageConduct performance reviews and address any issues or concernsOversee the processing and sorting of mail and packagesCoordinate with other postal facilities and departmentsTrack expenses and revenues and manage the weekly budgetDevelop marketing campaigns to target specific demographics or to promote special offers or discounts to help increase customer engagementImplement cost-saving measures when necessaryEnforce security measures to protect mail and postal assetsEnsure compliance with safety regulationsImplement emergency procedures and protocolsOversee the use and maintenance of postal equipmentManage and track the inventory of postal suppliesOrder supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levelsPrepare reports on postal activities, performance, and financial mattersStay informed about changes in postal regulations and policiesEnsure the post office's compliance with legal requirementsPromote the convenience of mailing packages, the reliability of postal delivery, and the variety of services offered such as express delivery or international shippingAbout You:To be considered for the position you must meet the following requirements:
