About the Role: We are seeking a proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex behavioural needs and will be skilled in developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans.Key Responsibilities:Assess clients' behavioural needs and develop comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.Implement PBS plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other health professionals.Provide training and support to clients' support networks to ensure consistent implementation of PBS strategies.Monitor and review PBS plans regularly to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.Document all aspects of service delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.Engage in continuous professional development to maintain a high standard of practice.Qualifications & Experience:Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in Positive Behaviour Support, particularly with individuals with complex needs.Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in PBS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Why Join?Work in a rewarding role that makes a real difference in clients' lives.Join a supportive and professional team environment.
