The Culture & Capability team sits within our high-performing People & Culture Group. Passionate about innovation, design and creating solutions to support our people to thrive, we focus on leadership, diversity, wellbeing, culture, engagement, careers & capability. The Culture & Capability team's focus is closely integrated with the broader People & Culture team's strategy; with a predominant focus on building capability to enable our High-Performance Culture, our Enterprise Competency framework (including our REA leaders and individual contributors), our REA leadership strategy, as well as our strategic workforce capabilities. The role of the Culture & Capability team is also to provide personal and career development opportunities for everyone at REA.
What the role is all about Play a key role in scaling capability across REA to mobilise our Strategic Workforce Planning agenda.
Leverage our REA Enterprise Framework to create engaging and innovative career and development opportunities for our people.
The design, development and facilitation of Leadership Development experiences across REA – including formal programs, short sessions, and other innovative learning interventions as required.
Coaching Leadership 360s and other coaching diagnostics to support leadership development.
Partnering across the Culture & Capability team to support with the design and delivery of capability development associated with our Culture, DEI and Wellbeing strategies as well as our broader People & Culture Strategy.
Innovating and using technology advancements to augment our learning experiences for our leaders and people.
Engage in ongoing consultation with REA's HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across REA to deliver capability interventions reflective of business needs and external market trends.
Custodianship and delivery of REA's People Leader Induction, in addition to supporting corporate induction and onboarding experiences (both locally and globally where required).
Measuring impact and effectiveness of capability offerings, and iterating for continuous improvement.
Working with the Culture & Capability Coordinator to optimise our user experiences within the LMS.
Working effectively within the Federated Learning Model and with our REA Learning Community.
Occasional travel to deliver learning experiences to our REA family beyond the Melbourne office.
Who we're looking for Experience in leadership development and coaching.
Experience in instructional design & facilitation of core people skills (e.g., feedback conversations, building high-performance teams, collaboration).
Proven experience designing & delivering dynamic, engaging & impactful capability development sessions in person and virtually with demonstrated business impact.
Experienced critical thinker with the ability to deliver integrated solutions for the enterprise.
Demonstrated ability to build and facilitate relationships across different stakeholder groups to build trust, foster collaboration and influence outcomes.
