About the roleThis position manages the development and delivery of training programs and services in the Automotive, Engineering and the Regions Portfolio. Undertakes business development, identifies new opportunities, and builds strong and effective relationships with stakeholders to meet their diverse training needs. The role contributes to the College's strategic and business plans, supports the College's values, and promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement. The role manages human, physical, and financial resources relevant to the Portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in leading teams, come from a management or training delivery background; with a focus on innovation, achieving outstanding results whilst building productive relationships with stakeholders, and possess substantial functional knowledge in the areas of planning, managing, and implementing training delivery.
To work for the College, you may be required to hold Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s).
