We are seeking a talented and visionary Portfolio Director of Marketing to oversee the marketing strategies and be responsible for driving brand success and guest engagement across our portfolio.
Job Description Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each hotel, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance within the marketing team.
Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all hotels while promoting individual property distinctiveness and championing our values of freedom and belonging.
Digital Marketing Optimization : Lead the enhancement of digital marketing channels, utilizing data analytics to drive guest experiences, improve ROI, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Revenue Generation & Partnerships : Collaborate with Revenue Management to create promotional strategies, identify cross-selling opportunities, and establish partnerships with local businesses to enhance visibility and attract customers.
Team Development & Leadership : Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team, encouraging open communication and collaboration across departments and properties.
Budget & Performance Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets for all properties, ensuring efficient resource allocation and accountability through tracking key performance indicators.
