As a key member of the Portfolio Strategy team, you'll support the delivery of ART's investment strategy through the provision of timely, relevant, and accurate research, analysis, and insight. This impactful role works with key internal and external stakeholders to support the development of the investment strategy for Australian Retirement Trust's (ART) investment products, delivering outcomes that are in the best financial interests of our members.Day to day, you'll:Dive into capital market research, contributing to the design of asset classes and market assumptions that will drive ART's investment outlook and strategy into the future.Support the development of investment strategy policies for our diversified products. Design benchmarks, set risk targets, and optimise investment fees and cost budgets to maximise member benefits.Contribute to the delivery of our priority research agenda and ART's flagship research event, the ART Strategic Partners Forum.Support the development of key relationships within and outside ART, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged, and that effective end-to-end processes and governance are implemented for all investment strategy changes.Support the negotiation of agreements and maintain trusted working relationships with key external partners influencing outcomes aligned to the members' best financial interests.Contribute to activities related to research, analysis, insights, and reporting for the investment domain.Role model the ART risk management framework across the enterprise and externally.This role is a permanent opportunity and can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.About youIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
