Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA   Full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD Join a small, tight-knit team committed to excellence and collaboration   This role involves supporting the development of innovative policies that align with the interests of our members. You will engage in research, policy writing, and the drafting of various communications aimed at influencing government decision-making.   Key Responsibilities:   Assist in the coordination and development of public policy positions on a diverse range of issues to support RAA advocacy. Draft correspondence and submissions to government and other high-quality advocacy communications. Monitor key developments in government and stakeholder activities, media releases, legislative reforms, and other pertinent changes. Create advocacy content tailored to diverse audiences, including member responses, government submissions, and research reports. Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of data to identify significant trends. Support execution of research projects and report writing to support the Public Policy team and other advocacy groups.   About You:   You are an exceptional communicator with an innovative approach and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service together with:   Advanced research capabilities, including the skills to analyse, synthesize, and summarize complex data. Familiarity with state and federal government policies, processes, and key stakeholders. Proficient in analysing legislative documents and advising on policy impacts. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with data analysis tools like Qualtrics and Tableau is desirable. Excellent time-management, organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
