The Opportunity On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for APS6 Fraud Investigators to join the Fraud and Investigations team on a 12-month assignment. This role is based in Adelaide CBD and will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paying $60.26 per hour plus super. The Fraud and Investigations team detect and respond to internal and external payment fraud. The team focus on protecting the financial sustainability and strengtheningfraud controls. Responsibilities include; Conducting complex and sensitivecriminal investigation activities in accordance with processes and standards Conduct interviews, prepare statements and affidavits Collect, secure and manage evidencematerial and preparecases and briefs of evidence Provide evidence in criminal and civilcourt as a representative of the Agency Analyse and process information to produce accurate and informative reports Conduct formal and informal discussions Assist with the execution of search warrants To be considered for this role you will demonstrate; Cert IV in Government investigations Experience in a similar role including conduct interviews, preparing relevant documents and managing confidentialinformation High level of interpersonal skills and abilityto work in a team environment Ability to use computer/software applications including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance Experience providing evidence in criminal or civil court and preparing briefs of evidence would be advantageous To Apply As this role requires a security clearance, applicants must be Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application or call for more information.
