We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Poker Manager to lead our poker offerings, driving engagement and growth within the online poker community.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing the poker tournament schedule, overseeing ring games, sit-and-go offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our poker product portfolio.
Responsibilities: Craft and implement an engaging poker tournament schedule to maximise player participation and satisfactionOversee the poker ring game and sit-and-go offerings, ensuring alignment with Easygo's commercial objectives and maximising player engagementCollaborate with the wider team to develop and deliver new poker games and features in line with the overall product strategyEnsure accuracy and comprehensiveness of all poker related content, both internal and external, including game rules and promotional materialsCollaborate with the marketing and retention team to enhance marketing actions utilising the poker product, driving player acquisition and retentionOversee operations from a risk standpoint, taking action against accounts engaged in fraudulent activitiesProvide training, development, and growth opportunities for the Easygo team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovationConduct training sessions for internal departments and establish procedures to streamline poker-related escalationsWhat You Will Bring to the Role: Extensive experience in the online poker industry, with a focus on poker room and product managementStrong understanding of online poker products, particularly in the realm of social pokerDemonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy, driving commercial success against KPIs and targetsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partnersPrevious experience in management, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teamsSkills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in online poker management or a related roleProven track record of success in driving player engagement, retention, and revenue growthPrevious experience in a managerial or leadership roleStrategic thinker with the ability to drive resultsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
