We are looking for a Head of Department or Senior Property Manager with extensive Property Management experience to step into our Busselton office on a full-time basis.
We require a motivated person who is looking to fulfil long-term career goals.
The successful applicant will have a current Property Management Registration, a minimum of 2 years experience managing a portfolio, and a current driver's licence.
You will need to have proven strong administration skills and also possess great customer service skills, a pleasant phone manner, be organised, have an attention to detail, and be punctual and reliable.
Your day will include but not be limited to:
Supervising and assisting our Asset Management Team A strong understanding of legislation and best practice Rental appraisals for new properties Client interaction/ Phone enquiries for new rentals Proficiency in trust accounting The ability to lead a team and assist where required Manage properties, communicate and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and partners as required A high level of energy and enthusiasm, honesty, and reliability Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members High levels of professionalism The ability to manage and prioritise your time The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency and success in all the areas of property management.
Attention to detail and exceptional computer skills are essential.
