The successful applicant will have a current Property Management Registration, a minimum of 2 years experience managing a portfolio, and a current driver's licence.You will need to have proven strong administration skills and also possess great customer service skills, a pleasant phone manner, be organised, have an attention to detail, and be punctual and reliable.Your day will include but not be limited to:Supervising and assisting our Asset Management TeamA strong understanding of legislation and best practiceRental appraisals for new propertiesClient interaction/ Phone enquiries for new rentalsProficiency in trust accountingThe ability to lead a team and assist where requiredManage properties, communicate and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and partners as requiredA high level of energy and enthusiasm, honesty, and reliabilityExcellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team membersHigh levels of professionalismThe ability to manage and prioritise your timeThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency and success in all the areas of property management.
