Plumbing Area Supervisor

T&M Plumbing is a renowned 45-year-old company with significant teams of plumbers based in Shepparton, Echuca, and Wodonga who requires an experienced supervisor or a talented individual looking for career advancement.
The role involves managing staff undertaking residential sewer and stormwater drains, water tappings, new home general plumbing and gas, multi-unit development sites, service and maintenance.
It is a diverse and varied role, primarily based in either Shepparton or Echuca.
The right applicant will be able to demonstrate their leadership capabilities in managing trades, supporting apprentices and customers, having a quality focus, a strong understanding of WHS, and being dedicated to working safely.
Comfort with technology is also essential.
Strong communication skills, the ability to build a team, and being a disciplined leader looking to develop others while contributing to the organization in a senior role are necessary.
Candidates should be motivated and familiar with working in a results-focused and organized environment.
Being a registered plumber is preferred but not essential.
Depending on your skills, some additional on-the-tools or estimating work will also be part of the position.
