We are currently seeking experienced all-rounder Plumbers to join our team.
Tasks & Responsibilities Install and configure water supply, drainage, and waste disposal systems to meet building codes and design requirements.
Pipe and Fixture Installation Install water heaters or boilers if required for the office or workshop, ensuring the units are safely connected and functional.
This may involve setting up safety features, insulation, and pressure relief mechanisms.
Backflow Prevention and Testing Water Supply Lines Drainage and Venting Systems Inspection and Testing Compliance with Building Codes and Safety Standards Coordination with Other Trades Maintain detailed records of materials used, work completed, and any deviations from original plans.
Document the plumbing layout for future maintenance or repairs.
Identify and address any issues that arise during or after installation.
Ensure that any necessary adjustments are made before final handover.
Qualifications & Experience Current WA Driver's License WA Plumbing License OHS White Machine Tickets, Excavator, Skid Steer National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen Rights to Work in Australia Minimum Criteria: Minimum 3 years experience in Plumbing & Gas Fitting industry Sound knowledge & Awareness to AS3500 & local regulations Experience in Facilities Management settings desirable.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple priorities.
An ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, senior management and Client representatives.
Ability to work unsupervised to a schedule.
