This role is your opportunity to drive success on-site, guide small crews, and ensure that our cutting-edge equipment runs smoothly across various project locations.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor small crews, ensuring top-notch performance and safety on the job.Diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of advanced machinery, including Drill Rigs, Piling Rigs, Telehandlers, Excavators, and more.From engine diagnostics to fluid replacements and fixing mechanical issues, you'll ensure our equipment stays in peak condition.Operate a range of machinery and vehicles, including semi-trucks, and perform drilling or piling tasks with precision.Help develop the next generation of operators, sharing your knowledge and expertise to keep our team strong.Work closely with management to streamline logistics and transportation, ensuring efficient operations on every project.What You Bring:Proven track record in drilling or piling, and solid HR/HC driving experience.Strong background in mechanics, fitting, or boiler making, with comprehensive knowledge of machinery.The ability to work independently, lead teams, and make informed decisions on the fly.Excellent multitasking abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.A hands-on approach to tackling challenges, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.Location & Benefits: This role requires on-site presence at various locations, starting with training under our management team in Bundaberg.
