Planning Project Support Officer

Planning Project Support Officer Position Description Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community-focused individual to take up the role of Planning Project Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide a range of support functions to the Strategic Property Program Manager and property teams to facilitate Council development projects.
Reporting to the Strategic Property Program Manager, the Planning Project Support Officer's responsibilities include:
Administration support to the department including arranging appointments and coordinating meetings.Interaction with key stakeholders.Assistance with compilation and distribution of reports and presentations to support the property team.Preparation and implementation of project programs.This is a part-time, fixed-term (0.6 FTE) position until 30 June 2025. Remuneration will be based on Band 4A classification $66,826.81 pro rata per annum ($33.8192 per hour), plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
