This is a full-time working, Monday – Friday.
The company is based on the edge of the CBD.
The organisation offers flexible working, 3 days in the office & 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities: Support demographic and enrolment analysis and contribute to strategic planning.
Work with local councils and authorities to obtain necessary planning approvals.
Assist in identifying and analyzing new sites, including capital development.
Provide general planning advice.
Skills & Experience: Proven experience in using GIS software (preferably QGIS).
Expertise in demographic analysis, enrolment forecasting, and statutory planning.
Demonstrated successful experience in provision planning at a strategic level and/or projects and knowledge of demographic trends and residential development in Melbourne and Victoria Good interpersonal communication skills, and good formal presentation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels Tertiary qualifications in Geography, Urban Planning, Mapping or Geospatial Science.
