Planning and Performance Management Specialist Place of work: Cracow
Job purpose: To perform specific Planning and Performance Management activities relevant for the regular performance management reporting processes for insurance all business unit and related expense by providing sound financial analysis and enhanced business insight. The role gives opportunity to participate in local, regional and global projects and that is why we are looking for a proactive, flexible person with a "can do" approach. As a dedicated Senior Specialist in the role, you will stand as a support and advisor to your colleagues, superior and to the client.
Responsibilities: M aintains the clients application for Finance and other areas of the business Delivers support services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and resolver group liaison on a daily basis. Responsibility for data quality and integrity among client's systems Prepares routine reports and documents out of the system Acts as an expert towards customers advising them about possible reports structure changes/adjustments or enhancements Responsibility for ensuring high quality result and compliance with internal guidelines Contacts directly with customers, data providers – independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal Candidate's profile: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance / controlling industry Practical experience in FP&A/ management accounting & reporting/cost controlling area Finance and Accounting, Economy/ Controlling or equivalent academic degree Proficient with MS Excel Very good knowledge of MS Access Experience in SQL will be an asset English skills – fluent written and spoken Service oriented, able to work under pressure, willingness to develop skills and scope of responsibility Flexible in working style and hours (especially around close times) Good analytical and conceptual skills, good communication and presentation skills We offer: real life opportunities to develop and grow with us and contribute to the world around us competitive salaries, language allowance and an employee benefits package that includes among others medical insurance, life insurance and sport-card annual bonus depending on company annual results and individual performance wide range of learning programs and personal development opportunities including also possibility to apply for up to 80% of educational trainings reimbursement referral awards online fitness trainings possibility to work from home nice and friendly atmosphere Who we are: Zurichis one of the world's leading insurance groups, and one of the few to operate on a global basis. This role is related to the key area of Zurich's activity in Kraków.
