The Opportunity: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Planning and Mobilisation Co-ordinator to join our supportive, high-performing Planning Team. We offer a unique, family-friendly, 4 days on 3 days off weekly roster, working one weekend every 6 weeks. Our Planning and Mobilisation Team works closely with our Operations Team and Client Representatives to ensure works are resourced and compliance checked so our site-based teams can execute works efficiently and effectively. The successful applicant will work from our modern and accessible Head Office in Jandakot, with onsite parking provided.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Planning Manager and Mobilisation Team Leads to ensure challenges are escalated appropriately and support provided.Build and maintain strong relationships with our onsite Operation Execution team members.Ensure clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Interface with client counterparts regarding mobilisation and site-access processes or procedures.Accurately maintain and update roster cuts and labour lists for communication to site leaders and client representatives.Prioritise multiple work tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Minimum Requirements: A desire to achieve results and the ability to accurately manage multiple work fronts.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Previous experience in resource planning and mobilisation for shutdown maintenance and/or project works for Pilbara blue-collar mining companies is ideal.A very high level of attention to detail.Advanced skills in the Office suite of products, with a methodical and organised approach to work tasks and the ability to problem-solve independently and within a team environment.Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical with drug & alcohol tests as part of the recruitment process.
