Our Super Start program is specially designed to support, train and upskill allied health professionals.Generous Salary Package - Great base salary, travel reimbursement or access to a shared vehicle.Supportive Team Culture - With regular team meetings and catch-ups, you will not be working alone.LocationNorthern BeachesSt George, Sutherland ShireWork DutiesProvide initial Physiotherapy assessment and ongoing treatment to older persons on Home Care packages, STRC packages and adult NDIS participants with primarily physical/neuro disabilities.Traveling to clients' homes for Physiotherapy assessments and interventions.Completing accurate documentation and application reports.Liaising with service providers and other team members.Admin support, diary scheduling and billing support provided.Skills and QualificationsRecent graduates and experienced clinicians all welcome to apply!AHPRA Registration.NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) or willing to apply for one.Professional indemnity and liability insurance.Current Driver's License.Demonstrated understanding of the complex needs of elderly clients, and adults with physical disabilities or neurological conditions.Previous home-based Physio experience - Desirable but not essential.NDIS knowledge - Desirable but not essential - we will train you!Super Rehab acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
