About the role..
In this role, you will provide high quality Physiotherapy interventions and therapy support to our clients across Life Works Cairns.
As a key member of the Allied Health team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating these interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework.
You will be part of a talented multi-disciplinary team at our Life Works Cairns centre with the diversity of working both in the centre and community settings.
Key responsibilities include: Identification of rehab and disability support for clients Develop indvidualised client interventions, therapy support plans and treatment Delivering excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence-based practice Identify and support client goal setting Collaboration with multidisciplinary Allied Health team Referrals to internal and external providers Participate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniques About you..
To be successful in this role, you will have a balanced approach to supporting a diverse caseload and are committed to whole person care ensuring you deliver quality support to your customers.
