We are seeking an innovative and experienced Team Lead for our photolithography division. The Team Lead will be responsible for building and managing a top-tier engineer team focused on providing comprehensive photolithography service both domestically and internationally. This includes installing and commissioning new complex and high-value instruments, ensuring their proper operation, and developing state-of-the-art photolithography techniques to meet the requirements of academic and industry customers in fabricating photomasks and opto-electronic devices. Additionally, the Team Lead will develop processes and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as drive the creation of new products and technologies for the company. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Micro/Nano Fabrication and semiconductor manufacturing processes, proven leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive our company's growth in the global market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a strategic vision for the photolithography division, focusing on the creation of advanced mask writers and opto-electronic devices manufacturing process. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-caliber engineering team specialized in production line and customer service. Oversee the installation and commissioning of new, sophisticated photolithography equipment and ensure their operation including EBL, Nanoimprint, Mask Aligner, Laser Maskless Aligner, Scanner and more. Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and high-throughput photomask fabrication and opto-electronic device manufacturing. Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive and implement new process developments within the department. Facilitate collaboration and exchange with domestic and international industrial partners. Handle other duties as assigned by the company. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Hold a Ph.D. in Microelectronics, Physics, Optics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Micro/Nano fabrication platforms or semiconductor industry. 5+ years of experience in people management with a proven track record of successful leadership. Demonstrated success in leading teams with outstanding achievements in new photolithography process development and application. Established influence within the industry, both domestically and internationally, fostering collaboration and partnerships. Ability to stay abreast of photolithography industry trends to inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in budget management to ensure effective resource allocation. Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and vision to team members, stakeholders, and industry peers. Enthusiasm and passion for the field of photolithography, inspiring and motivating team members towards achieving common goals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Over five years of hands-on experience with EBL, Nanoimprint, Mask Aligner, Laser Maskless Aligner, Scanner, and Spinner. Experience in the development or packaging of opto-electronic devices such as silicon photonics, thin-film lithium niobate, GaAs/InP devices, etc. BENEFITS Sponsor Work Visa applications.
