As a Philanthropy Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and key projects within the Chancellery and University-wide philanthropy portfolio. Your responsibilities will include prospective donor and project coordination, data analysis and reporting, communications, administrative processes, and committee/meeting support.In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced fundraisers and talented professionals in philanthropy at Australia's leading university.Your responsibilities will include:Support the Philanthropy group fundraisers (in particular, the Senior Director and Director) in terms of preparation for prospect management, donor engagement, and gift solicitations on an as needs basisSupport the delivery of the Philanthropy group's fundraising initiativesSupport the fulfilment of priority projects or papers, by assisting the senior leaders to create reports, briefs, proposals, business cases and presentationsReview and analyse data sets and reports and provide preliminary insight for the senior leaders to consider; manage the dissemination of reports and information for the Executive DirectorWho we are looking forWe're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong passion for fundraising and/or philanthropy. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to navigate complex relationships in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.You will also have:Demonstrated skill in coordinating complex projects within time and budget, and with responsibility for ensuring successful outcomes in relation to project deliverablesDemonstrated performance in achieving agreed goals and objectives in a collaborative manner across a large organisationAbility to prioritise competing deadlines and assignments, across multiple stakeholdersA strong understanding of and demonstrated experience working with complex CRMs in the management of tasks and workflowThis role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
