About this role We are currently looking for Qualified Personal Care Workers to join our tight-knit community where our residents are the centre of our care. Working alongside a group of dedicated professionals who all work together to provide high-quality care for residents.
Working at our Buckingham Gardens Service, you will be assisting residents in daily living activities that meet their individual physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.
In this varied role, your day-to-day tasks may include:
Participating in the development and review of resident/client care plans, including completing charting and reporting any observed changes of a resident's health to the Registered Nurse. Undertaking and completing a number of different tasks, as delegated by the Registered Nurse. Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives and staff, and ensuring that all interactions are treated confidentially. Support and assist in the provision of a comfortable, safe and secure environment. What you can bring to the team The ideal candidate will be caring, empathetic, happy, flexible to work afternoons and nights, and have experience in aged care. This position offers a minimum of 16 hours a fortnight with the potential for more.

Your experience and qualifications for this role ideally, should include:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support. Demonstrated solid experience in Aged Care. Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week.
