About the Role We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Caneland Central branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is experienced in the finance industry or someone looking to kick start their career.
As a Personal Banking Consultant, you can kick start your career in the finance industry, through completing a qualification and gaining valuable on the job experience in our branch. If you've already got experience in banking, this role as a Personal Banking Consultant could also be for you!
Your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work at any branch within the Mackay region as required.
