The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Finance Officer to join our team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of Council's financial and administrative duties.
You will provide exceptional customer service to the public and liaise with government departments, agencies, and statutory authorities.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a finance role.
A relevant qualification would be highly advantageous.
Local Government experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of reconciliation and general ledger accounts.
Proficiency in payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable procedures.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
