The role of Personal Banking Advisor is a key customer facing position in our branch network as you will have quality conversations with our customers on a day-to-day basis, creating a stress-free, seamless experience for each person you serve.
You'll be helping our customers with their transactional and savings banking needs, referring them to a team of specialists when required and proactively contacting existing customers via phone or email.
What do I need? Some experience in customer service is a must – especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well.
You'll be confident to build relationships and then manage them for the long-term.
Any business or financial know-how will definitely be an advantage in making exciting things happen for our customers.
