This permanent full-time position is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build a long-term career as a Personal Assistant.
Your responsibilities will include:
File management and document preparation.Preparing and filing documents.Managing files through Legal Panel Gateway, Personal Injury Commission, and Supreme & District Court portals.Billing within Lexis Affinity.Liaising with clients and other third parties.Preparing Briefs.General administrative duties such as diary, office, and file management.About You To be successful in this role, you will:
Have substantial experience in the provision of administrative support, ideally within a legal or related professional services setting.Have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Adobe Pro, Excel).Have a minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy.Demonstrate a high level of organisation, focus and attention to detail, together with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities simultaneously.Have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative.Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to assess priorities and deadlines.Be a team player with a positive attitude.A formal qualification at Certificate III level in business administration or similar is highly desirable.
Experience using Lexis Affinity is desirable, but not essential.
