About the Role We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our administrative team.
The position will work closely with another PA within the team to provide effective and efficient administrative support to 2 Business Services Partners and their teams in the Sydney office.
A few of your duties will include: Assist with all client onboarding including, but not limited to research, reports, proposal & presentation preparation using PowerPoint, independence conflict checks and ASIC searches.
Diary management: efficiently manage the Partner's schedule.
Schedule meetings, booking meeting rooms and screen calls for Partners.
Debtor management including preparation of monthly bills, handling queries from clients, preparing debtors reports Maintenance of CRM database (client, contact and key account management and maintenance, opportunity pipeline management, referral tracking, BD activity management) for team by ensuring data is current and accurate.
This requires regular reporting and liaising with Partners/Staff to obtain necessary information.
Preparation and lodgement of ASIC documents Co-ordinate and manage travel arrangements for Partners and management team.
Process expense claims for Partners.
Weekly timesheet entry on behalf of the Partners.
About You Experience in an administation or personal assistant position within professional services would be highly regarded but not essential; Highly organised and detailed-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving and task management with ability to multitask efficiently; High energy with the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment; Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint with other skills considered favourable; Adapts to changing workloads, deadlines and developments and maintains composure; helping others to do the same.
