In this role, you will be responsible for managing the permitting process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key projects and support our operations during a pivotal period.
Your impact Coordinate the submission, tracking, and approval of permits with regulatory agencies and authorities.Review applications for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.Maintain and update permit documentation and records.Act as the primary point of contact for permitting inquiries and provide timely updates to project managers and stakeholders.Monitor and report on permit statuses to ensure project timelines are met.Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to resolve permitting issues and streamline processes.To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in permit coordination, project administration, or a similar role.Strong organizational and analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office.Familiarity with construction permitting is highly desirable.A career at Central Steel Build Work for a successful Australia-owned and operating business that puts its customer first.
