Based in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs, this global leader has an opportunity for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and the successful applicant will join a highly professional, experienced, and hardworking team.
The Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help lead the efforts in driving qualified traffic, lead generation, audience management & engagement for the brand. Working closely with agency partners, this role will be managing and optimising performance-based campaigns including SEM, SEO, social, and digital advertising.
This role will be the go-to point of contact for managing performance marketing budgets and will work closely with agency partners to deliver a strong performance baseline complemented with an ongoing test and learn approach. You will also support in developing the marketing team's reports providing data and insights as well as ensuring tagging and tracking is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities Strategic support for performance marketing channels, SEM, SEO, Programmatic & Social. A key support contact for all agencies working specifically on performance platforms. Provide support and liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications). Manage the set budget, ensuring projects are kept to/within budget. Support the development of post-analysis and prepare results for internal discussion/presentations. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. Google). About You Degree qualification in marketing, business, or a related field. Previous experience in performance marketing is highly regarded. Proven experience dealing with paid search, performance platforms, and related systems. Ability to build and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Solid financial acumen and understanding of budgets. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within a team environment. Advanced at using the Microsoft Office suite of programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Benefits Health & Well-being initiatives. Onsite cafe & parking. Work from home 2 days per week.
