Working as a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Collections Officers to achieve positive collections outcomes. You will be the first point of contact for the client for technical and reporting queries and requests and will drive high levels of quality aligned to the client's expectations.
In this role, you will:
Manage both individual and team performance and capabilityDevelop a high performing and high-quality environment, with clear communication of expectationsLiaise directly with the client for all requests, queries, and reportingParticipate in the development and implementation of customer-related strategiesIdentify gaps in systems and processes to ensure continuous improvementDeliver reporting to both the client and business leadersWhat you'll bring: Experience leading Collections teams – transport/tollsKnowledge of Contact Centre technology & SystemsTechnical collections knowledge and reporting skillsWhat's in it for you: Working at Recoveriescorp, you will have access to a hybrid work environment, an allowance to update your home office, and a half day on the last Friday of every month.
