This senior leadership position, will see you act as the prime interface for the delivery of our Land 400-2 program to the Commonwealth of Australia.
About the Role Reporting directly to the General Manager Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, the Performance & Collaboration Lead is responsible for Land 400-2 Program governance and reporting.
This will include development, implementation and reporting of key program governance, controls such as schedule performance, risk & issue management, change management and resource allocations alongside internal and external reporting obligations.
This role will liaise and collaborate internally with the Land 400-2 Program and RDA Leadership team and other Rheinmetall Entities (internal partners) in Australia and Europe, and externally with Commonwealth of Australia representatives.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE What are we looking for?

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline; Proven experience in Project/Program Management, preferably within the Defence Industry; Experience in managing projects and project resources including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies; Operational knowledge and capability of the Microsoft Office Professional (desirable); Ability to create concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate key program topics; Sound and proven leadership capabilities; Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, consultation and negotiation skills; Ability to travel internationally and domestically when required; and Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance - NV1 (Australian Citizenship required).
