The BEN+ Program is a transformation program being delivered through various workstreams to uplift key risk processes, to enhance our risk capability and culture to make us the Bank of Choice.
As BEN+ Performance and Finance Lead and reporting to BEN+ Program Lead you are part of the leadership team of the Program Management Office (PMO) for BEN+ and play a pivotal role in supporting the BEN+ Program.
Your key accountabilities include:
Acting as the primary conduit between BEN+ and Transformation Management Office (TMO) including representing the Charter at relevant meetings and management of reporting requirements Managing the Charter's financial accounting and budgeting process, co-ordinating and overseeing the BEN+ workstream budgets and forecasting Accountable for overseeing risks, issues, and dependency management across all BEN+ workstreams Managing effective governance of BEN+ and PMO by supporting the program governance processes Providing BEN+ reports as requested by Charter Lead and Program Lead and managing reports from MS Listed and PowerBI to provide appropriate insights on BEN+ progress Overseeing the governance and maintenance of applications and systems including (but not limited to) Jira, Confluence, MS Lists and PowerBI Providing coaching, guidance, and support to the Charter on Lean-Agile and scum practices to ensure effective embedment of BEN+ This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, ideally located at one of our corporate offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo or Brisbane. We offer a flexible hybrid workarrangement with the expectation youare in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. About you To be successful you will have:
Qualifications in business, finance and / or technology disciplines or equivalent experience Experience in project/program management working across complex transformation programs and enabling continuous improvement in project program and portfolio management practices Experience in Agile/Lean principles as well as advanced skills across JIRA, Confluence, MS Lists and PowerBI Highly developed communication and relationship building skills with the ability to advise, influence and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders Strong analytical and reporting skills with an understanding of data management Experience in effectively managing budgets and financials Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Understanding of risk and governance management pertaining to project/program management About Bendigo and Adelaide Bank With over 7,000 employees, we are Australian's most trusted retail bank, our purpose is – 'to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities, not off it'.
