sass & bide, Marcs & David Lawrence are looking for a highly skilled Performance, Analytics, and Insights Manager to join our group fashion brands, within the Finance team in our stunning Alexandria Office, for a fixed term contract, between 3-6 months.

The main purpose of the role reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, is transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving business strategy, and enhancing our understanding of customer behaviour across brands.
In addition, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Planning, National Head of Retail, Head of eCommerce & Creative Director to develop data-driven strategic plans to optimise product profitability, store performance, customer experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources, including Data Warehouse, ERP, POS systems, CRM, social media e-commerce platforms and vendors.
Build and maintain dashboards, providing real-time insights and reports for various stakeholders.
Use data visualization tools to present findings in an understandable and actionable format.

Customer Insight: Analyse customer purchase behaviour, demographics, and psychographics to develop in-depth customer profiles.
Identify customer segmentation opportunities, refining targeted marketing efforts.
Track customer lifecycle metrics (e.g., acquisition, retention, churn) and provide insights to improve brand loyalty.

Sales & Marketing Performance Analysis: Collaborate with marketing teams to assess the performance of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Assist with A/B testing and measurement of ROI for marketing initiatives.
Analyse seasonal and regional sales patterns to optimize inventory and inform strategic decisions.

E-Commerce & Digital Analytics: Track key e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment.
Partner with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to enhance website performance and optimize customer journey.
Provide insights on digital marketing trends and competitor performance to influence digital strategy.

Retail Data, Support, Strategy Development & Execution: Work closely with the National Head of Retail to analyse store-level data, assess performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities across locations.
Assist in the development of strategic plans by interpreting data trends, market insights, and retail performance metrics.
Collaborate on retail strategy initiatives such as store optimization, expansion opportunities, and sales improvement plans.
Provide data-backed recommendations for initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, enhancing sales performance, and refining in-store operations.
Support the execution and measurement of strategic plans, providing updates and insights on progress, potential barriers, and outcomes.

Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Identify emerging fashion trends and analyse the impact on customer demand and sales performance.
Create predictive models to support product planning, inventory management, and merchandising.
Generate forecasts for key metrics to aid in budgeting and target setting.

You will have: Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python/R, and advanced Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, and other e-commerce data platforms.
Knowledge of retail planning, allocation, inventory management, and retail operations.
Experience supporting the development and execution of strategic business plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
