We're seeking a People Services Manager – Talent & Business Partnering to join Feros Care as a senior leader of our People Division. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce by spearheading talent attraction initiatives, driving industrial and employee relations efforts, and building strategic partnerships both within the organisation and with external stakeholders. In this role, you will manage a team of 4 direct reports within a broader group of approximately 10-12 team members.
Responsibilities: Lead workforce strategy initiatives with action plans using best practices. Monitor future workforce trends to inform strategy for futureproofing and meeting workforce shortage challenges. Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent & Partnering team. Business Partnering and Advice: Lead a high-performing Business Partnering team to provide timely, impactful guidance that drives targeted business outcomes and supports strategic goals. Ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements. Design and implement effective tools for consistent business partnering. Talent and Attraction: Lead a high-performing Talent and Attraction team to ensure diverse talent pipelines. Implement effective attraction and recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals. Workforce Planning: Develop and manage contemporary workforce planning strategies. Report and monitor HR decision-making data for workforce requirements. Remuneration Framework: Ensure alignment of remuneration frameworks with policy and budget. Conduct annual pay and benefits benchmarking reviews. About You: Experience in fast-paced environments providing sound advice within tight timeframes. Background in highly regulated sectors like Aged Care, NDIA, or non-profit organisations. Over 5 years of leadership experience in developing workforce/talent strategies, policies, and contracts. Understanding of employee lifecycle milestones, including attraction, retention, and partnering. Previous experience leading at a senior level and teams of over 5 individuals in talent or partnering roles. Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, OD, L&D, or related field. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
