About the role:This role will partner with the designated business group to deliver the group people performance and culture strategy and plans which aim to build the capability of our people and align their efforts to the DBG vision, mission and strategic objectives, as well as foster a positive and high performing workplace where employees can be their best and feel they have purpose and belonging.
Role & Responsibilities:Provide professional and business-focused People performance and Culture services and support to a designated business group.Build strong working relationships with managers and employees based on credibility and open communication.Work with the People Performance and Culture team to share best practice, ensure a broad consistency of approach, and provide coverage to other Business Partners as necessary.Coaching and enabling managers for all aspects of people management, specifically in driving performance.Work in partnership with senior management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.Promote effective ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk.Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the People performance and Culture team and contribute to developing solutions, programs and policies.Participate in the recruitment processes providing remuneration advice, participating in interviewing and offer processes.Lead corporate initiatives and projects as agreed with the People Performance and Culture Manager.Support approaches to people engagement and drive performance at all levels.Provide guidance and input on role and teams structures, workforce planning and succession planning.Support the People Performance and Culture Manager in the development, implementation and evolution of the People Performance and Culture strategy and workplans.Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years Business Partnering experience in a FMCG/Consumer goods business, startup experience advantageous.People and Culture experience, including the provision of advice and support in the following areas: industrial and employee relations (including grievance resolution); workforce planning; performance management, health, safety and wellbeing; people/capability development; remuneration and benefits; change management and organisational development.Strong internal consulting and influencing skills.Ability to build trust with people leaders and employees at all levels across the business.Excellent written/oral communication skills.Project/change management and solution-based approaches.High level emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Understanding of current people and culture practices and trends.Ability to take independent initiatives and critically analyse situations and projects to ensure positive outcomes.Data analytical skills and strong commercial acumen.Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.Benefits & Perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
