About the roleAs our company grows, we have an emerging need within the People function to scale the services of our global business. This role is within our People Operations team and will work directly with the People Operations Manager.
The People Operations team works closely with the broader Operations, Talent, and Finance functions, as well as People Managers and our employees. We are commercially minded and aim to enhance efficiency with everything we do, making it easier for our people to focus on what they do best.
You will help to continually improve the overall people experience of approximately 140 employees in 4 different countries. You'll be involved in executing facets of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation, which will help you build on your generalist HR skills in a highly dynamic environment.
