Primary Location VIC - Melbourne Job Description Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People and Experience Talent Consultant to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications sector based in one of our national offices.
About the Role Nature of Position: Permanent, Full Time Location: Melbourne, Australia Reporting Line: People & Experience Business Partner Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 plus super.

As a People & Experience Talent Consultant you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience at Service Stream.
You will be responsible for supporting the P&E function as well as talent side of the telecommunications business.
You will have experience in employee engagement and responsible for driving the people strategy.
As well as identifying, attracting, and developing top talent, creating initiatives that foster an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
Develop and implement talent development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
Promote strong onboarding practices to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the company.
Assist in the development and execution of training and development initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
About You: You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field advantageous.
You bring experience in HR / Talent or a similar role, with a strong focus on employee engagement and development.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
