Currently, the business has a rare opening for a People Experience Specialist to join its Sydney team.
In this standalone role, you will collaborate with the global headquarters P&C team as well as the JPAC P&C team, to ensure people processes, procedures, and initiatives are effectively implemented locally.
You'll partner with local leadership to advise and coach across the complete employee lifecycle incl.
performance management, talent and organisational development, and L&D.

Key Accountabilities
Assisting with broad generalist requirements across the employee life cycle
Contribute with projects, business plans and people policies and initiatives Support and advise the local leadership team in line with global standards
Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style in line with organisational strategy
Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience
Exposure working in a multinational business is highly desirable
