People Experience Manager

RMYC has a part-time permanent opportunity for a HR Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive support in all areas of human resources for the Club.
What You Will Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and casual staff.Deliver disciplinary action when required.Serve as the point of contact for any staff-related escalations and grievances.Manage workers' compensation claims.Arrange and coordinate staff training.Deliver quarterly pulse surveys.Advise on the applicable award.Manage our HRIS platform.Administer remuneration and performance yearly reviews.Stay up to date with labour laws and changes.Facilitate our employee recognition programs. About You Previous experience in a HR Manager and generalist capacity is essential.Experience using Employment Hero is preferable but not essential.Experience working in Clubs is favoured.Prior experience in change management is preferable.Ability and experience in building positive relationships and developing leadership capability is mandatory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in conflict resolution.You are a confident and resilient person who wants the best for an organisation and its people.
