About the role
The role of the People & Development Systems & Projects Manager is to drive organisational capability for People & Development, including continuous improvement of the people and development systems.
What you will do
Support the development and implementation of People & Development policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify, develop, and implement management tools and systems for People & Development.
Provide training, education, supervision, and coaching for consistent use of People & Development systems.
Monitor and report on the application and performance of People & Development systems.
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with People & Development.
Oversee and manage a program of continuous improvement for People & Development.
Lead key People & Development projects including organisation-wide initiatives.
You will bring
Significant experience at a senior level in a relevant organisation.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
Proven experience in developing and delivering quality reports.
Thorough knowledge of people management practices.
Proven ability in project and policy management.
Effective listening and communication skills at all levels.
Understanding of legislation and standards in employment and aged care.
Demonstrated project management and implementation experience.
